The movie shows the muscle pattern of a second instar larva. In the first scene the crawling larva exposes its ventral muscle groups. The contractile system of all muscles is highlighted by GFP labelled myosin. Hence also the visceral muscles of the alimentary canal (out of focus) express GFP. In the second scene a second instar larva loops around its body axis.
